The North Duplin Rebels prevailed the visiting Union Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rebels now have a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosewood for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 11. North Duplin will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
The Spartans (3-14) will now prepare for their test against Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Hobbton gained a win over Lakewood (Roseboro, NC), 2-1, in a non-league test.
