North Carolina High School Volleyball - Scotland Pinecrest

The Pinecrest Patriots topped the host Scotland Fighting Scots volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoke County for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 11. Pinecrest will confront a Bucks team coming off a 2-0 league win over Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 16-3.

The Fighting Scots (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Lee County (Sanford, NC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Lee County was knocked off by Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
