In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Glenbard North Panthers soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Proviso West Panthers.
The Panthers (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers come into the DuKane battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Wheaton-Warrenville South nudged Sycamore (Sycamore, IL), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
