Next, the Northmen confront the Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI) in a Big North challenge, on Monday, October 10. Petoskey will attempt to move on its 10-5 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 6-0 league loss to Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI).

The Trojans now possess a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dow for a Saginaw Valley challenge on Saturday, October 8. Traverse City Central will confront a Chargers team coming off a 11-0 league win over Central (Bay City, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 12-3.
