The Doctors Charter Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Academy for Innovative Education Aviators to 1 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miami Country Day for a non-league game on Friday, October 7. Doctors Charter will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hialeah Educational Academy (Hialeah, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 3-11.
The Aviators (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Franklin Academy (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Franklin Academy was dropped by Avant Garde Academy (Hollywood, FL), 3-1, in a non-league game.
