California High School Volleyball - Bellflower over Lynwood

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) and the host Lynwood Knights (Lynwood, CA), saw Bellflower's volleyball squad beat Lynwood by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Bellflower upgrades its record to 11-11 on the year. The Buccaneers host La Mirada (La Mirada, CA) to play the Matadores in a Suburban bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Matadores go into the bout with a record of 14-8. La Mirada won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA)

The Knights now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Loara for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. Lynwood will play a Saxons squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Santiago (Garden Grove, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 14-3.
