The Tigers (11-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Pierce County (Blackshear, GA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 19-9 record. In their last challenge, Pierce County defeated Brantley County (Nahunta, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Liberty County will attempt to move on its 10-24 season record. The Blue Tide come into the challenge with a 0-17 record after their 2-0 league loss to St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA).
