In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Burke Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Corsica/Stickney Jaguars.

The Cougars (20-3) will now prepare for their battle against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD). The come into the B Region 6 battle with a 5-13 record.

Next, the Jaguars clash with the Winner Warriors (Winner, SD) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 13. Corsica/Stickney will attempt to advance on its 5-16 season record.
