The Cave Spring Knights volleyball team (Roanoke, VA), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA)

The Blue Demons (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA). The Titans enter the River Ridge challenge with a 17-0 record. In their last challenge, Hidden Valley defeated Salem (Salem, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Byrd Terriers (Vinton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 10. Cave Spring will attempt to move on its 5-10 season record. The Terriers enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA).
