New Mexico High School Volleyball - Espanola Valley overwhelmed by Taos

In Thursday's league battle, the host Taos Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Espanola Valley Sundevils.

The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Rockets come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Goddard defeated Roswell (Roswell, NM), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Sundevils encounter the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a 4A District 2 battle, on Tuesday, October 11. Espanola Valley will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record. The Pintos come into the battle with a 11-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM).
