In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Northwestern Area Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Faulkton Trojans.
The Wildcats (17-8) will now prepare for their battle against Florence/Henry (Florence, SD). The Flyers come into the non-league battle with a 18-6 record. In their last battle, Florence/Henry achieved victory over Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) in a B Region 2 battle, on Saturday, October 8. Faulkton will attempt to advance on its 13-8 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 11-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Faulkton (Faulkton, SD).
