North Carolina High School Volleyball - Franklin Academy over Research Triangle

October 6, 2022: Wake Forest, NC 27587

Franklin Academy Patriots (Wake Forest, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 10. Franklin Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Wolves come into the match with a 13-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Raleigh Charter (Raleigh, NC).

With the loss, Research Triangle drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Raptors travel to River Mill (Graham, NC) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league match on Monday, October 10. The Jaguars come into the match with a record of 7-14. River Mill lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC)
