The Hanford Falcons held off the host Kennewick Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Falcons now have a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walla Walla for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia test on Saturday, October 8. Hanford will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league win over Pasco (Pasco, WA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-5.

The Lions (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Southridge (Kennewick, WA). The Suns enter the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Southridge was nudged by Richland (Richland, WA), 3-0, in a league test.
