Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) followers were happy Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team achieve victory over the host West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Titans (10-10) will now prepare for their challenge against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings enter the Queen City 3A/4A challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last challenge, North Mecklenburg defeated Chambers (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 10. West Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC).
