The Mary Star of the Sea Stars volleyball team (San Pedro, CA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Saint Joseph Jesters (Lakewood, CA)

The Jesters (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers enter the non-league challenge with a 23-6 record. In their last challenge, Redlands defeated South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Stars encounter the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Tuesday, October 11. Mary Star of the Sea will attempt to move on its 19-7 season record.
