The San Mateo Bearcats topped the visiting Mills Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Bearcats now have a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a Peninsula - Ocean test on Tuesday, October 11. San Mateo will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-15.
The Vikings (2-13) will now prepare for their test against Westmoor (Daly City, CA). The Rams enter the Peninsula - Ocean test with a 14-17 record. In their last test, Westmoor was knocked off by El Camino (South San Francisco, CA), 3-2, in a league test.
