The San Pedro Pirates topped the host Narbonne Gauchos volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Pirates now have a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rancho Dominguez for a Marine test on Monday, October 10. San Pedro will confront a Lobos team coming off a 3-0 league win over Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 10-6.

The Gauchos (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Gardena (Gardena, CA). The Panthers enter the Marine test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Gardena was knocked off by Carson (Carson, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
