Virginia High School Volleyball - Wilson Memorial overwhelmed by Riverheads

In Thursday's league battle, the host Riverheads Gladiators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets.
The Gladiators (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Fighting Blues come into the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Parry McCluer lost by Covington (Covington, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Green Hornets clash with the Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA) in a Shenandoah battle, on Tuesday, October 11. Wilson Memorial will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Storm come into the battle with a 3-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA).
