California High School Volleyball - University can't hold off Sage Hill

In Thursday's league battle, the host Sage Hill Lightning volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the University Trojans.
The Lightning (12-8) will now prepare for their battle against San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Stallions come into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, San Juan Hills nudged San Clemente (San Clemente, CA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Laguna Hills Hawks (Laguna Hills, CA) in a Pacific Coast battle, on Monday, October 10. University will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 10-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA).
