The Myrtle Point Bobcats football squad scored 50 points and restricted the host Bonanza Antlers to 14 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.
The Bobcats now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crosspoint Christian for a 1A Special District 1 (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 13. Myrtle Point will play a Warriors squad coming off a 64-14 league loss to Camas Valley (Camas Valley, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
Coming up next, the Antlers play the Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 13. Bonanza will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Honkers enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 34-8 league win over Chester (Chester, CA).
