The Hagerman Bobcats football team (Hagerman, NM), was ripped 53-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM)
The Cardinals (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Jal (Jal, NM). The Panthers come into the 2A District 4 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Jal trounced Loving (Loving, NM), 24-6, in a league challenge.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Texico for a 2A District 4 challenge on Friday, October 13. Hagerman will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 21-14 league loss to Eunice (Eunice, NM). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-2.
