The Northland Prep Academy Spartans volleyball team (Flagstaff, AZ), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting BASIS Phoenix Firebirds (Phoenix, AZ)

The Firebirds (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Glendale Prep Academy (Glendale, AZ). The Griffins enter the challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Glendale Prep Academy was dropped by Scottsdale Preparatory Academy (Scottsdale, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Phoenix Christian Cougars (Phoenix, AZ) in a challenge, on Monday, October 9. Northland Prep Academy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ).
