The Amarillo Sandies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Plainview Bulldogs to 0 in the Sandies league victory on Friday.

The Sandies now have a 30-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caprock for a 5A Region I District 3 game on Tuesday, October 10. Amarillo will meet a Longhorns team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 17-14.

The Bulldogs (17-20) will now prepare for their game against Caprock (Amarillo, TX). The Longhorns enter the 5A Region I District 3 game with a 17-14 record.
