The Beatty Hornets volleyball team (Beatty, NV), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV)

The Thunderbirds (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Tonopah (Tonopah, NV). The Muckers come into the 1A Central challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Tonopah went down by Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets encounter the Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) in a 1A Central challenge, on Friday, October 13. Beatty will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Eureka (Eureka, NV).
