The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) and the host Beverly Hills Normans (Beverly Hills, CA), saw Leuzinger's volleyball squad beat Beverly Hills by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Leuzinger upgrades its record to 12-9 on the year. The Olympians host Morningside (Inglewood, CA) to play the Monarchs in a Ocean bout on Monday, October 9. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Morningside lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Centennial (Compton, CA)

The Normans now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they travel to San Fernando for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. Beverly Hills will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-8.
