In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Wyoming Indian volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the HEM Miners.
The (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Wind River (Pavillion, WY). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 2-14 record.
Next, the Miners encounter the Southeast Cyclones (Yoder, WY) in a 1A Southeast battle, on Saturday, October 7. HEM will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Cyclones come into the battle with a 12-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Lingle-Fort Laramie (Lingle, WY).
