In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Firestone Falcons football team scored a nice 16-8 win over the Garfield Rams.

In their next game, the Falcons play the East Dragons (Akron, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Firestone will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Dragons go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to Rhodes (Cleveland, OH).

The Rams (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Buchtel (Akron, OH). The Griffins go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.
