The Olympia Bears tipped the host Tumwater Thunderbirds football squad by a margin of 41-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bears now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spanaway Lake for a non-league game on Monday, October 13. Olympia will face a Sentinels team coming off a 18-9 non-league loss to Bethel (Spanaway, WA). The Sentinels record now stands at 1-4.
The Thunderbirds (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Highclimbers enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Shelton was edged by Olympic (Bremerton, WA), 30-6, in a non-league game.
