The Huskies (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats enter the Big South 5A/6A outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, North Gaston by Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 6-0, in a league test.

The Greenwave now sport a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Point for a Big South 5A/6A test on Wednesday, October 8. Ashbrook will clash with a Red Raiders team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 11-1.
