The Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) soccer overwhelmed the host Corry Beavers (Corry, PA), 8-0 in Monday's league challenge.
The Lakers now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Saegertown for a District 10 Region 4 contest on Wednesday, October 8. Mercyhurst Prep will battle a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-10.
The Beavers (0-13) will now prepare for their contest against Seneca (Erie, PA). The Bobcats enter the District 10 Region 4 contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Seneca beat Iroquois (Erie, PA), 3-2, in a league contest.
