Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC), 5-0 in a league outing.

The Wildcats (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Mustangs go into the Four Rivers 3A/4A outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, North Moore was overwhelmed by Northwood (Pittsboro, NC), 4-3, in a league outing.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a Four Rivers 3A/4A outing, on Wednesday, October 8. Uwharrie Charter Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Jets go into the outing with a 9-5 record after their 2-1 league loss to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC).
