With the triumph, Forestview advances its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to clash with the Mountaineers in a Big South 5A/6A outing on Wednesday, October 8. The Mountaineers go into the outing with a record of 1-11. Kings Mountain lost 4-1 in their recent league outing against Crest (Shelby, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) in a Big South 5A/6A outing, on Tuesday, October 7. North Gaston will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 6-6 record after their 4-0 league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC).
