North Carolina High School Soccer - Research Triangle knocks off Roxboro Community

The Research Triangle Raptors soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Roxboro Community Bulldogs to 1 in the Raptors league victory on Monday.
The Raptors now hold a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Raleigh Charter for a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A bout on Friday, October 10. Research Triangle will play a Phoenix team coming off a 4-0 league loss to NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC). The Phoenix record now stands at 7-6.
The Bulldogs (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Voyager Academy (Durham, NC). The Vikings enter the Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Voyager Academy held off Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC), 9-1, in a league game.
