The Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES to 1 in the Conquerors non-league victory on Monday.
The Conquerors now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Grace Christian for a non-league game on Monday, October 13.
The EAGLES (6-9) will now prepare for their game against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs come into the VACA game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Westover Christian Academy edged Carlisle (Axton, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
