Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA), 10-0 in a league match.

The Dragons (15-6) will now prepare for their match against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans come into the non-league match with a 11-13 record. In their last match, Campbell notched a victory over South Cobb (Austell, GA), 16-3, in a league match.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) in a 3A Region 6 match, on Wednesday, October 8. White County will attempt to better on its 12-12 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 20-9 record after their 5-1 league win over North Hall (Gainesville, GA).
