The Bonanza Bengals volleyball squad (Las Vegas, NV), was edged 3-2 in Monday's league battle with the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV)

With the win, Somerset Sky Pointe improves its record to 12-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Desert Shields in a 4A Southern - Desert contest on Wednesday, October 8. The Desert Shields enter the contest with a record of 6-16. Cheyenne lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV)

Next, the Bengals battle the Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Southern - Desert contest, on Wednesday, October 8. Bonanza will attempt to improve on its 10-12 season record.
