Spring Garden Panthers (Spring Garden, AL) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Panthers now have a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Cherokee County for a non-league outing on Monday, October 6. Spring Garden will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 34-8.

With the loss, Cedar Bluff drops to 7-14 on the campaign. The Tigers host Coosa (Rome, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 17-18. Coosa lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Temple (Temple, GA)
