North Carolina High School Volleyball - Chase overwhelmed by Lincolnton

The Lincolnton Wolves topped the visiting Chase Trojans volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Wolves now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Highland Tech for a Southern Piedmont 2A/3A/4A game on Tuesday, October 7. Lincolnton will confront a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league win over West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rams record now stands at 16-3.

The Trojans (6-16) will now prepare for their bout against Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Wildcats come into the Western Piedmont 3A/4A bout with a 14-5 record. In their last bout, Draughn defeated West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
