Virginia High School Volleyball - Granby over Churchland

In Monday's league challenge, the visiting Granby Comets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Churchland Truckers.

The Comets (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Norview (Norfolk, VA). The Pilots come into the Eastern test with a 2-8 record.

The Truckers now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Booker T. Washington for a Eastern game on Wednesday, October 8. Churchland will confront a Mighty Bookers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mighty Bookers record now stands at 0-11.
