With the win, Jackson improves its record to 16-3 on the season. The Aggies travel to Excel (Excel, AL) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 12-10. Excel won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Blacksher (Uriah, AL)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Clarke County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL).
