Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Fairfax Lions (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Dolphins (30-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets come into the Western challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Westchester lost by Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA) in a Western challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Fairfax will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Yankees go into the test with a 6-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to University (Los Angeles, CA).
