The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY). The Wildcats enter the District 59 battle with a 25-4 record. In their last battle, Shelby Valley achieved victory over East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Eagles now have a 19-8 record. They play next when they host Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 7. Leslie County will meet a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Canterbury (St. Petersburg, FL). The record now stands at 70-189.
