Michigan High School Volleyball - Notre Dame Academy crushed by Mercy

In Monday's non-league match, the Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Notre Dame Academy Eagles (Toledo, OH), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Marlins battle the Marian Mustangs (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in a Catholic - Central match, on Wednesday, October 8. Mercy will attempt to improve on its 24-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 29-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH).

The Eagles now own a 2-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodward for a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 15. Notre Dame Academy will battle a Polar Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bowsher (Toledo, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 9-7.
