Fans at Monday's league contest between the Troy Trojans (Troy, ID) and the host Prairie Pirates (Cottonwood, ID), observed Troy's volleyball team top Prairie by a count of 3-1.
The Trojans (19-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kamiah (Kamiah, ID). The Kubs enter the 2A Whitepine contest with a 15-7 record. In their last contest, Kamiah notched a victory over Prairie (Cottonwood, ID), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Pirates now own a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kamiah for a 2A Whitepine battle on Tuesday, October 7. Prairie will encounter a Kubs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Genesee (Genesee, ID). The Kubs record now stands at 14-7.
