Kansas High School Volleyball - Wheatland-Grinnell over Weskan

In Monday's league challenge, the host Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Weskan Coyotes.

The Thunderhawks (16-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Trego (WaKeeney, KS). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 10-14 record.

Next, the Coyotes meet the Golden Plains Bulldogs (Rexford, KS) in a Western Kansas Liberty challenge, on Friday, October 10. Weskan will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 15-11 record after their 2-1 league win over Northern Valley (Almena, KS).
