Virginia High School Football - Glass victorious over Amherst County

October 7, 2022: Amherst, VA 24521

In Friday's league match, the visiting Glass Hilltoppers football squad scored a good 24-7 victory over the Amherst County Lancers.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers clash with the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) in a Seminole match, on Friday, October 14. Glass will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 42-0 league loss to Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA).

The Lancers (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Rustburg (Rustburg, VA). The Red Devils enter the Seminole match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Rustburg thwarted Liberty (Bedford, VA), 55-12, in a league match.
