The Richland Raiders football team (Lynnville, TN), was tipped 33-28 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Collinwood Trojans (Collinwood, TN)
The Trojans (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Moore County (Lynchburg, TN). The Raiders come into the 1A Region 5 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Moore County nipped Loretto (Loretto, TN), 62-42, in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forrest for a 2A Region 5 challenge on Friday, October 14. Richland will meet a Rockets team coming off a 49-0 league loss to Cascade (Wartrace, TN). The Rockets record now stands at 3-4.
