The Lincoln Cougars football squad scored 31 points and restricted the visiting Robert C. Byrd Eagles to 20 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elkins for a Big Ten battle on Friday, October 14. Lincoln will play a Tigers squad coming off a 44-7 league loss to North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 1-5.
