The StoneBridge Cavaliers held off the visiting Broadwater Academy Vikings volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's league test.
The Cavaliers now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portsmouth Christian for a test on Thursday, October 13. StoneBridge will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-3.
The Vikings (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA). The Seahawks enter the test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Atlantic Shores Christian held off Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
