St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Saints confront the Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 13. St. Bernard will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record.

The Tigers now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Putnam for a Eastern Connecticut IV challenge on Thursday, October 13.
